We're heading to China tomorrow!

So I've packed and repacked.. and keep adding more stuff into our overly stuffed suitcases. Paperwork has been organized over and over again. I still have a few errands to run.. but nothing too big. I simply cannot believe that at 5:30am (tomorrow) we'll be driving to Newark, NJ where we will board a plane and head to the other side of the world where we will meet our son for the first time! Woah... where did the time go? We'll touchdown in Beijing at 3:00 on Thursday. Friday and Saturday we will tour Beijing and Sunday will be "gotcha day!" I am stoked! Please pray for our safety. Please pray that all of the paperwork is in the right place.. and that Bennett warms up to us quickly! I know that attachment takes a very long time.. but I pray that he'll at least find the snacks and toys interesting. :)

We're dropping Ella off at Nana and Pop pop's house this evening. It's going to be hard leaving her behind for the next two weeks. I pray that she knows that we will be coming back. I know she's only 2 1/2 but I've been talking to her about the upcoming trip. She repeats back to me about what's going on.. why mommy and daddy are going to China and where she will be staying. I'm going to miss little nugget. I know she's going to be super stoked when we get back... and so will we!
