Heading back to work next week!

I will be heading back to my job at the salon next Friday. I decided not to take the full 12 weeks off. It was a tough decision to go back.. but I feel the need to do so. I will only be working 3 days a week and 4-6 hour shifts. Phil will have Ella on Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings, and my mother-in-law will have Ella on Fridays. While I'm looking forward to seeing my co-workers, clients, and having conversations with adults, I know it will be hard my first few weeks back.
