Well, we don't have any new news to report about Ella. I'm not sure if she has had her surgery yet, or if she's having surgery in the near future. We continue to pray for a fast and full recovery for our little girl.
Last weekend, my wonderful family (mother-in-law, mother, sister-in-law and my sister) threw us an adoption shower! I had such an awesome time connecting with friends and family and updating them on the adoption process. I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Ella is truly loved! We received not only some awesome gifts, but we also received a lot of encouragement!
I'm not sure when we'll receive word on travel. We had to update our fingerprints at USCIS yesterday and I think that that was one of the key factors holding us back. Our Visa's arrived in the mail this week as well. I hope to have good news by the end of this month.
