Our little family

I've been pretty crummy about updating our blog! Ella has been home a little over two months now. It's so hard to remember her not being with us... not being part of our family. It's amazing to think that even before Ella was born, God knew that she would be placed in our family. It's also insane to think that just four days before our dossier was logged in to China, Ella was born. Ella is a bubbly little girl. Ella enjoys bugging her furry brother Alfie, hugging and kissing her green monkey, putting her baby doll to bed, going for walks with daddy, dancing to music, playing ball, copying her parents noises and actions, string cheese, teddy grahams, goldfish crackers, mandarin oranges, bananas, and yogurt! It is amazing how quickly she is picking up on English. Ella can say doggy, that, yeah, yes, woah, hi, bye-bye, and fish. Oh and a new thing.. she actually wants to take naps!! She may only take about an hour and a half, sometimes just an hour.. but she is napping! She even sleeps through the night. She does however.. enjoying waking up super early! That is something that mama needs to get use to. I've never been a morning person!

In September we had some family photos taken by our talented friend Mia! :)
Psalm 139:14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.
