Five more days!

We'll be leaving for China in just five days! It is so hard to believe that we actually have a travel date and that we'll be meeting Ella soon! :) So since we're leaving soon.. I've been trying to get my life a little more organized. I was at the dentist twice this week.. once for a good cleaning, and the second to have two fillings re-filled. Phil has also been helping me with organizing the guest bedroom and Ella's bedroom. And just last week.. we found a (semi-ugly) green rocking chair at the Salvation Army! Now it was in need of some TLC. Phil helped me tear the chair apart, and I used my upholstery skills. I finished the entire project in one day (with a numb mouth!)

The rocking chair was $9.99 and the upholstery fabric was a nice little gem left behind from the previous homeowners! :) Not too shabby, eh?
