Increased wait times for travel?

I just found out that the US Consulate in China will be suspending operations from July 15th until July 24th. I am hoping and praying that we receive our Travel Approval before that! It was exactly a week ago that we received our Article 5. We were told that our Travel Approval could arrive 2-4 weeks after our Article 5. The 10th will put us at the 2 week mark. Please pray that we receive our TA before they suspend operations!

On a happier note.. we received updated photos of Ella today!! She is simply adorable!!
