A bit of a setback

I was a bit flustered when I received a package in the mail from USCIS on Saturday. Both our I-800a and I-800 forms had been returned to us because we forgot to sign a page in our I-800 application, and we also did not include a receipt # from our previously approved I-800A. The frustrating thing about the receipt number was that the approved document was included in the packet that we had sent them. Could they not flip through the paperwork to find the receipt #? Oh well. I fixed all of the paperwork this morning and once again sent it on its way to Texas. Our paperwork should arrive in Texas in two days, and it will be put on top of the pile.. thanks to the trusty green letter included in the returned package.
